What is the difference between XDR and MDR?
XDR (Extended Detection) gives you the tools to independently detect threats across endpoints, servers and firewalls. MDR (Managed Detection & Response) complements this with a 24/7 team of experts who detect, analyze and respond to threats for you.
How many devices are the SME packages suitable for?
Our SME packages are suitable for companies with up to 99 devices. For 100 devices or more, we will be happy to create a customized Enterprise offer for you.
What is BLACKSOC?
BLACKSOC is our fully managed SOC service from protectONE. We monitor your IT infrastructure around the clock, respond to incidents and completely relieve your team - based on Sophos XDR/MDR technology.
Cloud or on-premises?
The Sophos Central console is cloud-based - you don't need your own server infrastructure. We also offer on-premises solutions for firewall management.
