Shipping and payment conditions

Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately and without deduction. You can pay for your order in advance, by instant bank transfer, PayPal or Klarna. After a positive credit check, payment by invoice is also possible within 14 days. In the case of payment methods where payment is only made after shipment, we reserve the right to release the license only after full payment.

If you pay in advance, you will receive an electronic message with the payment details and our bank details. Hardware products will be shipped after order acceptance. Licenses or subscriptions will only be made available after receipt of payment. After receipt of payment, the software will be delivered immediately, unless it is already being processed by the manufacturer.

Incoming payments shall first be offset against the oldest outstanding claim. A right of set-off shall only exist if your counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed or have been recognized by us. A right of retention can only be exercised if the counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

Shipping costs

Sending licenses or software by e-mail or download is free of charge worldwide.

The following shipping costs apply to hardware orders within Germany:

  • Order value up to 150,- Euro: 7,50 Euro Shipping costs
  • Order value from 150,- Euro (net): free shipping

For other EU countries and Switzerland, the shipping costs are shown in the country profile.


Shipping method

Delivery is carried out by parcel services such as GLS or trans-o-flex as well as directly by the manufacturer or distributor. Please note that delivery to DHL packing stations not possible is.

Additional charges may apply for island and mountain transportation, which will be invoiced separately. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.

The recipient is responsible for disposing of the packaging. A Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement.


Delivery time

The expected delivery time is indicated on the respective Article pages among the Item details specified. As a rule, it is two working days from receipt of payment.

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed immediately and a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. E-mail or fax. In advance you will receive a Automatic confirmation of receipt through our store system.

The goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment. If a Desired delivery date additional fees may apply.


Receipt of goods, transport damage and complaints

Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for Transport damage. Damage must be noted directly on the shipping documents and confirmed by the deliverer.

Every driver is obliged to have a Visual inspection of packaging and goods to wait. Later complaints due to transport damage cannot be considered.

In the event of faulty delivery or defective devices, please contact us before returning any goods. Contact by e-mail or telephone with us. Returns without prior agreement cannot be accepted.

In the event of a warranty claim, you will receive a RMA number, with which you can connect the device directly to Sophos or our distributor can be returned.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the original packaging has not been used as outer packaging.
